Who can publish

Business Articles are available only to businesses currently marked डोमेन सत्यापित या उन्नत सत्यापन पूरा. Submission access is limited to authorized owner/manager roles in the Business Center.

Useful, original business content is welcome

Businesses may introduce their expertise, explain products or services, publish educational material, answer common customer questions, share company updates or discuss legitimate industry topics. Articles must be original and unique to ORP: do not submit an article, substantial passage or lightly rewritten copy that has already been published elsewhere on the public web, including on your own website. Articles should provide meaningful information rather than exist only to place links.

ORP uses exact-duplicate checks, AI quality/safety review and web-search-assisted originality screening to look for likely prior publication. Automated screening cannot guarantee discovery of every page on the internet, so the originality rule remains the submitting business's responsibility even when no match is found.

Links and images are restricted

Article links and externally loaded images may point only to the verified business domain or its subdomains. Affiliate/referral links, third-party promotional links, link-selling arrangements, shortened-link workarounds and attempts to disguise destinations are not permitted. Published business links receive nofollow ugc.

Prohibited, abusive or manipulative content

Do not use Business Articles to promote scams, phishing, malware, fraudulent or deceptive schemes, illegal activity, fake investment/income guarantees, review manipulation, impersonation, misleading claims or attempts to evade ORP rules. Gibberish, nonsense filler, repeated meaningless text, keyword stuffing, abusive/profane or slur-heavy submissions, copied/template spam and deliberate attempts to overwhelm moderation are also prohibited. High-risk or uncertain claims may require human review even when they are not automatically rejected.

Every version is reviewed

A new article is checked before publication. If an already published article is edited, the currently approved version remains public while the new version is checked. The edit replaces the public version only after approval. This prevents an approved article from being changed into prohibited content after publication.

Three possible review outcomes

Approved: clear low-risk content can become eligible for automatic publication. Needs human review: uncertain or higher-risk content is held for an ORP moderator. Rejected: a version that clearly conflicts with the publishing rules is not published.

Publication is not endorsement

Business Articles are clearly labeled as business-contributed content. ORP's safety review is not an endorsement of the business, article, claims, products or services.

Published Business Articles may generate aggregate performance statistics for the verified business, including article views, estimated unique readers, referrer information, clicks to the verified business website, unique clickers, click-through rate, top articles, destination paths and daily readership. ORP does not expose reader names, email addresses or readable IP addresses through Article Analytics. Outbound click tracking is restricted to article links that lead to the verified business domain or its subdomains.

Limits, rejected drafts and publishing suspension

ORP limits the number of new article submissions, AI safety checks and web-originality checks a business can make. A new-article slot is consumed when a brand-new article is submitted and is not restored if that article is rejected, deleted by the business, or later removed by automatic cleanup. This prevents the publishing and AI-review tools from being repeatedly used as a disposable article-checking service. New-article slots reset with the next calendar month. Editing and resubmitting the same existing article does not consume another new-article slot, although review/check limits still apply.

Current limits are shown in the Business Center and may be adjusted by ORP administrators.

Rejected article drafts and rejected replacement versions are automatically removed after the configured retention period (currently 3 days by default) to keep temporary moderation data from accumulating. A business may correct a rejected draft and resubmit it before cleanup. The separate rejection record remains for abuse prevention.

Rejected, duplicate, abusive, nonsensical or manipulative submissions count toward a Business Article rejection record. When a business reaches the administrator-configured threshold (currently 3 by default), further Business Article submissions and edits are suspended until ORP reviews and clears the record. ORP warns businesses as rejected submissions accumulate.
