Ray Ban maintains an online presence at ray-ban.com where customers place orders and request returns. A published customer review reports difficulties locating contact channels and return instructions on the site. The reviewer describes the support pathway as hard to find, with searches for "return" yielding no results on the main support pages. The actual return form was located on an external site rather than the ray-ban.com domain, requiring the customer to switch between tabs to collect and re-enter order details. After submitting the return request, the customer received an automated confirmation email noting the return had been initiated but stating the return label was not included. These reported issues relate specifically to website navigation, the visibility of return processes, and responsiveness of customer-service contact options as experienced by the reviewer.

Customer service and website contact are weak and hard to find
They say, "Request a return through Customer Service," but it takes forever to reach them when you have a problem with an order. They have clearly designed the site to make contacting them as difficult as possible. When you finally reach the main support page and search for "return," it simply returns "Sorry, no pages found."
After a major struggle, you finally find the return form—hosted on an external site rather than Ray-Ban's main domain. Even then, you have to constantly switch tabs to gather and enter product details. Once submitted, you receive an automated email stating: "This email confirms that you have initiated a return. Please note, your return label is not included in this message - it will be sent to you shortly." Then the long wait begins just to receive the label. Why couldn't this entire process be handled with a single click from the account's order history page?
