Three review areas — separate rules
People Reviews covers adult public/professional profiles, Direct Experience reviews, Public Assessments, representation of a person profile and replies. Business & Website Reviews covers businesses/domains, customer reviews, claiming and verification, Business Center, disputes, publishing, hosted Business Sites and webmaster tools. Movie Reviews covers films and structured audience ratings. Shared moderation, privacy, email-verification and reply systems can apply across ORP, but the subject-specific privileges stay separate. Listing an entity in any area does not mean ORP endorses it.

Three review areas + discovery collections
ORP keeps distinct review areas for Businesses & websites, public/professional People, and Movies. It also provides discovery collections such as Books and Trailers that connect public information back to the relevant profiles. Owner, representative and moderation privileges depend on the profile type; being listed never means ORP endorsement.
Public & professional people
Find or add adult public/professional profiles, submit a Direct Experience review or Public Assessment, join conversations under reviews, and allow the person or an authorized representative to respond. When a name is missing from ORP, search can show verified public identities from Wikipedia/Wikidata and only offers candidates confirmed as human.
Manage received reviews from one place
Verified owners can open Reviews of Your Businesses from My Content, see each review and its conversation, publish or manage the Business response, and report/dispute when appropriate. Report history and administrator resolution notes remain tied to the business.
Detailed movie ratings
Alongside the overall score, a Movie review can optionally rate Story, Acting, Direction, Cinematography, and Music / Soundtrack. Published detailed ratings feed the profile averages when available.
Discovered books enrich People profiles
ORP can discover books connected to People through public bibliographic sources, show them on the author profile and collect them in Books. Records can link to Open Library and, where useful, Amazon. Covers are enriched from supported public sources when available. Books is a discovery feature connected to People; it is not currently a fourth review directory.
