A deletion request hides your profile immediately. Deletion is processed after a 7-day grace period, subject to evidence holds.

Direct and group message content is retained for 365 days after creation, unless held for an open report or other evidence requirement.

Security records: 30 days. Resolved report evidence: 180 days from report creation. Moderation audit details: 365 days. Active cases, sanctions, appeals and evidence holds remain protected.

Translation records: 30 days. Analytics: 90 days. Unattached message uploads: 1 day. Eligible completed check-ins and closed group descriptions: 30 and 30 days respectively. Calls are inactive.

Backup retirement target: 30 days. Protected backups and recovery archives are not automatically erased at that deadline; verified archive handling and evidence holds can extend retention.

The existing AI provider processes the content needed for safety screening, requested translations and optional advanced recommendations, according to your recorded processing choices. Processing consent is not assumed.

You must be at least 18. Staff must separately approve adult eligibility before discovery or contact. Uncertain eligibility remains on hold.

Professional privacy, age-assurance, retention and incident-response reviews remain deferred. The operating policy is approved by the platform owner.
