Our mission
Open Review Platform exists to make online business reviews more open, accountable and fair. Consumers deserve a place to share genuine experiences. Businesses deserve a place to respond and professionally challenge content they believe is fraudulent, abusive or otherwise against policy.
We deliberately use a simple, accountless model. Reviewers confirm their email and businesses verify access through secure email links. There are no public usernames or passwords to maintain just to participate.
What “open” means to us
Open means both sides can participate. It means the basic tools needed to review, reply and dispute are not hidden behind a payment wall. It also means transparency: genuine criticism should remain visible, while questionable content can be examined through a structured evidence and moderation process.

Open Review Platform is an independent review service. We are not affiliated with Trustpilot or other review platforms. References to other services are for comparison and commentary only.

Paying us will never improve a rating, erase legitimate criticism, or purchase a favorable moderation outcome.
