These terms set basic rules for using Open Review Platform.
Use the service lawfully
You may not use Open Review Platform to commit fraud, impersonate others, manipulate ratings, harass people, publish unlawful content, attack the service or interfere with other users.
User-submitted content
You remain responsible for content and evidence you submit. By submitting public content, you authorize Open Review Platform to host, display, format and distribute it as necessary to operate the review service and related features.
Moderation
We may moderate, restrict, hide or remove content that violates platform rules, creates security risks or cannot remain on the service for legal or operational reasons. Eligible decisions may be appealed through the available process.
No guarantee of accuracy
Reviews and business responses are user-submitted opinions and statements. Open Review Platform cannot guarantee that every statement is complete, current or accurate. Verification badges describe specific platform checks and should not be interpreted more broadly than stated.
Service availability
We may change, suspend or maintain features as necessary for security, reliability, law or product development. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Fair commercial treatment
Core participation by reviewers and businesses is designed to remain free. No payment can purchase a better rating or favorable moderation outcome.
