Evidence Policy 🧾

Supporting information helps us determine whether a genuine experience occurred.

What evidence can show

Evidence may include purchase records, invoices, booking confirmations, relevant correspondence, screenshots or other records reasonably connected to the experience under review.

What verification does not mean

A “Verified Customer” or “Evidence Reviewed” badge does not mean Open Review Platform has independently proven every statement in the review. It indicates that relevant supporting information was reviewed under our process.

Privacy

Evidence is private by default and is available to authorized moderators, not to the general public. Users should avoid uploading unnecessary passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive data.

False or altered evidence

Submitting fabricated or intentionally manipulated evidence may lead to rejection of the review or dispute, loss of access, or other platform action.
