Who may appeal
A reviewer or verified business involved in a moderation case may submit an appeal when the relevant workflow offers that option.
What an appeal should include
Explain why the moderation decision should be reconsidered and identify any important information you believe was misunderstood, overlooked or newly available.
Appeal outcomes
The original decision may be upheld or overturned. Appeals are reviewed under the same principle of independence: payment or commercial status cannot purchase a favorable result.
