Privacy Policy

Eligible listings and independent speech

ORP accepts eligible businesses/websites, movies and adults with a legitimate public or professional presence. It does not invite profiles targeting private children or ordinary private individuals. Listing a subject does not imply participation, endorsement or wrongdoing. Reviews and replies are their authors’ opinions and claims. Publication, popularity, votes and badges are not findings that those claims are true.

Report, correct or appeal

Anyone may use Report content or a privacy concern without claiming a profile. Identify the exact page or item, the relevant statements, why they concern you and the correction or action requested. Include relevant public sources and dates; do not send unrelated personal data. The form creates a private case reference and access key for progress, explanations, additional information and appeals. Keep the key confidential. Contact ORP is the alternative when the form fails.

Fair and proportionate decisions

A report is a request for review, not proof of a violation. Negative opinions and lawful criticism are not removed merely because a subject objects. ORP may seek clarification, request evidence, temporarily restrict content, correct profile facts, redact passages or remove prohibited content after reviewing context. Payment and representative status do not buy control of reviews or favorable decisions. A reviewer or affected subject may request reconsideration.

Information and purposes

ORP processes submitted public profile facts, reviews, replies and media to operate its directories and discussions. Participation and access workflows use email addresses, verification and security tokens, encrypted private fields and email hashes. Support, complaints and moderation process the messages and evidence needed to investigate and respond. Hashing is not the same as anonymization. Sensitive information should be limited to what is necessary; public-source information can still be personal information.

Private cases, access and retention

The reporting form stores the target, category, priority, encrypted details and optional encrypted email in the selected language app. It keeps a hash of the private access key. Only authorized administrators see reports and evidence snapshots; the case key reveals status and the safe decision explanation, not the underlying report or documents. Closed cases are eligible for deletion 365 days after the recorded final decision unless a content restriction or preservation hold remains. A follow-up reopens the case. Eligible cleanup runs when the administrative queue is opened; this is not a promise of deletion at an exact hour. Other evidence, backups and records retain their existing storage schedules and require separate retention review.

Security, analytics and browser storage

ORP uses sessions, anti-abuse checks, network/device signals and logs. Ordinary pages include Google advertising-tag code; ORP Shield can use a Cloudflare Turnstile fallback. Contact/Feedback may include private support context such as IP information, recent page paths and entry/referrer context. Browser drafts may retain normal form fields for the tab session. ORP Analytics can process paths, referrers, device information, country and campaign/conversion data for participating websites. The new case pages omit third-party scripts, URL access keys and browser draft storage. Other pages and embedded media can involve third-party requests and cookies.

Providers, AI and international handling

Hosting, email and configured AI services can process information needed for their functions. Automated screening and generation can send relevant content to the configured AI provider, including text or images; provider locations and retention depend on the actual deployment and account settings. Automated approval is not a legal finding. This policy does not claim that all data remains in one country or that providers retain nothing. ORP must assess applicable legal grounds, consent and transfer requirements against those actual settings.

Email choices and individual requests

Reporting does not subscribe the complainant to optional mail. Essential requested access, verification, security and moderation messages remain separate from optional messages. Optional delivery uses saved email preferences; without a saved preference record, optional delivery is disabled. Existing saved choices remain in effect. Use the private case route for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint. ORP may verify only what is necessary before disclosing personal data or granting authority, consider competing rights and preservation needs, and explain its decision. Security incidents require a documented assessment and any notices required by applicable law.

Private review assessment and reconsideration

An author asked for supporting information receives an app-language email with a private response page and a separate confidential key. The key expires after seven days and one submitted response; ORP stores its hash. Responses and original-version moderation snapshots are encrypted in private storage and are available to authorized moderators. The form accepts relevant text and public source links; it does not accept identity documents or confidential client files. Ask a moderator about a suitable private method if original documents are needed. Information is not published or automatically disclosed to a reviewed entity. Submitting information does not release a hold. Authors and affected subjects may request explanations and reconsideration through the reporting process.
