Do You Pay Attention To 24/7 Availability When Judging Banks?

One part of the experience does not always get mentioned first: 24/7 availability. Should it matter more when people judge banks, or is it secondary to knowledgeable support?

Support can be almost invisible until something goes wrong, which is why people often rank these priorities very differently.
