How Much Do You Care About Recent Reviews With Restaurant Reviews?

One part of the experience does not always get mentioned first: recent reviews. Should it matter more when people judge restaurant reviews, or is it secondary to long-term history?

The same review policy can feel protective to one side and unfair to the other, which makes these trade-offs worth debating.
