Are Problems With Real Names A Deal-Breaker For Online Communities?

Switching can be annoying, so people tolerate a lot before moving on. Would repeated problems with real names make you look elsewhere, or would strong pseudonyms keep you with online communities?

A feature that increases activity is not automatically a feature that improves the community.
