Add a Movie 🎬

Start typing the movie title and choose the correct public identity. ORP then fills the release year, country, format, genre, public-source URL, credits and an original About section automatically.

How to add a movie successfully:
  1. Type the exact movie title. For common titles, include the release year (for example, Dune 2021).
  2. Wait for ORP suggestions and choose the correct movie when possible.
  3. If the public source is slow, use Search again or Retry movie details right here — do not refresh the page.
  4. If automatic details still cannot load, fill year, country, format and genre manually and submit. A public source URL is helpful but optional; ORP can continue artwork/trailer enrichment later.

When you choose a verified movie suggestion, ORP fills this with an original 70–140 word introduction based on public metadata. You may edit it before submitting.
No submission email required. Adding a Movie directory profile is separate from reviewing the movie. Movie reviews and replies use their own email-verification workflow.
Movie image: every accepted movie receives a locally stored ORP image. If ORP can verify a reusable Wikimedia image, it replaces the generated fallback with that image.
