A psycho police that has to be isolated from the society for good

This psycho, Matthew Furman, has to stay in jail or a psychiatric asylum forever, with no contact with human beings at all. There is no doubt that he is a psychopath who enjoys what he does to people and feels absolutely no remorse. It is a shame that he was accepted as a police officer without any psychological evaluations. He doesn't deserve the title of human, let alone being a police officer. He is an enemy of people and society.
